Mother's milk is clean, warm, bacteriologicaly correct and always available.
The breast-feeding provides ideal food for the growth and the development of a child.
Breastfeed your child and make a first step for his/hers healthy future.

# The structure of mother's milk is not always the same. The first milk, colostrums - is a yellow fluid containing more proteins and vitamins than ripe milk, and serves as a baby's protection of infections. The structure of ripe milk varies depending on the time of the day, duration of breast feeding and baby's needs. It contains highest percentage of grease late in the morning and in the late afternoon. Concentration of grease is higher at the end of a breast - feeding than in the beginning.
# An intimate contact between mother and child is accomplished by placing newborn on mother's stomach during half an hour after the delivery. This contact has a positive influence on successful establishing of lactation and breast - feeding. To make breast - feeding successful, the first breast - feeding should begin during the first hour after the delivery, because at that time the nursing reflex and mother's sensitivity to connecting stimulation of areola and the nipple are strongest.
# A newborn nurses whenever he/she wants to. The breast - feeding and frequency of breast - feedings should be done at baby's demand (no matter if it is during the day or night). Producing milk depends on baby's appetite, efficiency of nursing and milk removing. Frequent breast - feedings stimulate milk secretion. When baby turns six months he/she is in need of various kinds of additional food, but breast - feeding should be continued till baby turns one year.
# Your milk is everything your baby needs in first six months of life. It contains appropriate amount of water which baby needs, even in warm - climate conditions. Mothers often think that they don' t have enough milk and because of that they stop with breast - feeding and start using mother's milk substitutes.
# The nipples that are pulled in are not a problem for breast-feeding - baby is placed on a breast and not on a nipple - nipple is only one third of breast tissue placed in baby's mouth.
# In case your nipples ache during the breast - feeding, you should do the following: correct baby's placement on a breast, do not limit the number of breast - feedings, milk out to stimulate milk flowing, start breast - feeding with a less aching breast, after breast - feeding rub on the nipples milk that you milked out yourself.
