Advisory Board Sections for Jablanica and Pcinja Districts held first meetings during last week, December 6-12.

USAID/CHF conducts three days Workshop - Belgrade, December 9-11, for FP&RH Program monitors that will provide specific knowledge on monitoring methodology, contributing to improvement of monitors’ knowledge, skills and monitoring performance of Program at large.

RHFP team in cooperation with JAZAS Youth from Nis, Vranje and Zajecar will emphasize December, 1. Agendas for events in Nis, Vranje and Zajecar are avilable here.

RHFP Team Meetings during November: with dr Miodrag Spasic on HIV/AIDS centre and with MSF Greece representatives.

# September

Equipment is delivered to Family Planning Cabinets on Thursday and Friday, September 23 - 24, 2004. Press release for that event is prepared and distributed to local media.

Meeting with CRDA partners on Joint strategy preparation is held in ADF office in Novi Sad on Friday, September 3, 2004.

BSE brochures and leaflets are printed in additional 15,000 copies (10,000 Serbian + 5,000 Albanian). This material will be distributed in CHF municipalities AOR.

Final weekend seminar - RHFP School for peer educators is held on Oblacina Lake on Monaday and Tuesday, August 23-24.

# August
- Gradiste - Balajnac youth corner is opened on Sathurday, August 21.
- Youth Corners in Mevedja, Brestovac, Merosina, Dudulajce and Mramor are visited on Tuesday (17.08.) and Thursday (19.08.).
- Meeting with Goran Radisavljevic, NGO JAZAS representative is held on Wednesday, August 18th.
- International Summer School - Stop AIDS is closed on Sunday, August 15 in Kopaonik. Five out of six planned youth representatives participated due to illness of one of them.
- Music festival Nisomnia was opened on Friday, August 13 and closed on Sunday, August 16. Youth peer educators coordinated by NGO Mreza shared information on reproductive health of youth among their peers.
- Upon their request CHF reprinted 10,000 brochures Love & Safe sex for Nisomnia (NGO Mreza), Zajecar music festival (Youth of JAZAS) and Consultation cabinet for youth in PHC Nis.

Upon CHFs initiative meeting with USAID CRDA RH Assessment team was held in Belgrade on Friday, August 6th. All five implementing organizations representatives were present.
- International Summer School - Stop AIDS is opened on Friday, August 6th in Belgrade. CHF representatives: Tanja Popovicki and Vesna Bjedov.
- Meeting with MSF Greece and PHC Nis representatives is held on Tuesday, August 3rd.

# July - June
- Third two-day seminar, part of "Summer School for youth peer educators on FP/RH issues" was held on July 31 - August 1 with more than 20 participants. Sanja Boskovic, CHF Communication activities coordinator, held lectures on Media performance.
- Meeting with CRDA implementing partners is held on Tuesday, July 27, in IRD Belgrade office: joint strategy preparation.
- USAID RH assessment team has visited projects according to schedule.

- Second level activities for BSE are ongoing. More than 50 participants participated in three educational events.

- Meeting with USAID Washington CRDA RH assessment team for is held in PSC Belgrade.
- Meeting with CRDA implementing partners is held in CHF Belgrade office.
- As a part of "Summer School for youth peer educators on FP/RH issues" two two-day seminars are held on Oblacina Lake on July 19-20 and July 24-25 with more than 20 participants for each.
- First two-day seminar, part of "Summer School for youth peer educators on FP/RH issues" started on Monday, July 19.
- MSF Greece did presentation of the RH survey results that they have conducted. CHF representatives: Roberta Markovic and Olivera Canic.
- Site visit to Youth corners in Merosina and Dudulajce is done on Monday, July 12.

- Meeting with JAZAS representatives in Belgrade. Discussion on support of candidates for ISSA and establishing youth center in Zajecar.
- Second level of activities for Breast cancer self-examination is still ongoing in Jablanica and Zajecar districts. During this week more than 40 participants in 3 lectures were present.

- Olivera Canic participated in last day of seminar on High risk pregnancies organized by IRD in Belgrade. IRD and Mercy Corps RH WG representatives initiated idea for unified RH strategy for FY 2005 and proposed a meeting with all CRDA partners to discuss this idea.

- RH/FP Team with dr Lali Beitrishvili has visited sights of all 7 Family planning cabinets identified for improvement.
- Second level of activities is still ongoing in Jablanica and Zajecar districts. During this week more than 40 participants in 4 lectures were present.
- Olivera Canic participated in seminar on Health management in RH organized by ADF in Palic. RH/FP workgroup meeting with CRDA partners was held on the same occasion.

- Applications from candidates for ISSA (International Summer School STOP AIDS) are received. CHF RH&FP Team suggested that CHF supports 6 candidates for this event (2 from Nisava, 2 from Zajecar and 2 from Pcinja area).
- RH&FP Workgroup Meeting is held in USAID premises in Belgrade on June 17th. CHF was represented by Olivera Canic and Roberta Markovic.

# Family Planning Cabinets establishment/ improvement application forms are collected. CHF visited facilities for cabinets in Preševo, Bujanovac and Vranje health care centers. Visit of the remaining four cabinets (Pirot, Nis, Surulica and Bosilegrad) is planned for third week of May.

# Volunteer, Zoran Miletic, 18 years old, held two workshops for youth in Razanj. He reached over 50 participants for 2 weeks. (Program line "Youth at risk", follow up)

Volunteers from Leskovac District, dr Snezana Milasevic, and dr Dragana Kocic held workshops about Breast cancer Selfexamination in Leskovac and Donji Prisjan. (Program line "Prevention and early cancer detection", follow up)
