Community mobilization in action
on anti - AIDS day

JAZAS (National Youth Association Against AIDS) organized several manifestations in Nis on December 1, anti - AIDS day. At an awareness event 4,000 flyers designed for the RH&FP Media Campaign were distributed from three points in the Nis downtown area by JAZAS volunteers. CHF's material was JAZAZ's primary material handout at this important awareness event.

On December 1, at noon CHF received call from UG from Zajecar, a former NGO partner in FY 2003 on project #25005 RH&FP Education of Population Activities. "Decija Radost" asked for permission to distribute CHF/CRDA promotional flyers at Workshop on AIDS. Evidence of successful community based initiatives in communication activities was there!
